The Tabiano thermal baths are known for the properties of its sulfur water that is particularly suitable for the treatment of the respiratory tract, so much so that it is recognized as the breath spa.
The thermal water of Tabiano is a sulfur water with a very high hydrogen sulfide content. Known as early as 1800 as the most sulfurous water in Europe, it is still among the waters with the highest concentration of sulfates and sulfurous gases. Thanks to its antiseptic, anti-inflammatory, antibacterial and antiviral action, it is used for the treatment and prevention of diseases of the bronchi, ear, nose, throat and skin.
The high content of mineral salts such as sulfates, calcium, bicarbonates and magnesium makes it particularly suitable for the treatment of respiratory tract affections of the catarrhal, hyperreactive and allergic type. It is also used with excellent results in many skin diseases and burn outcomes.
