Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort

Nestled in the heart of Tuscany, the Grotta Giusti Thermal Spa Resort is a thermal facility and is home to Europe’s largest thermal grotto, a thousand-year-old cavern discovered in 1849.

The thermal spa resort offers a large swimming pool of 750 square metres with whirlpool and waterfall, fed by 34 °C thermal water, the Bioaquam Pavilion relaxation area, the Thermarium therapy plan with sauna, a Turkish bath, ice fountain and Bioaquam thermal circuit; the Meditarium circuit with 2 saunas, a Roman bath, a thermal indoor pool, ice fountain and sensory showers.

All clients are free to choose which spa resort they wish to use for treatments available under the Italian National Health Service. Treatments include mud baths, inhalations and steam baths in the thermal grotto.

Grotta Giusti also offers special three or seven-night detox and ‘remise en forme’ programmes to help you achieve your health goals, with the advice of the facility’s doctors and dieticians.
